This summer when I went to the Craft & Hobby show in Chicago I was honored to be part of the Designer Challenge where we had to design a mixed media gown. I used all types of elements to make my gown including Mod Podge, recycled sewing patterns, yarn, metal elements from Prima Marketing Inc., ZIG Memory Writers from Kuretake, Glimmer Glam from Tattered Angels, Cardstock from Core'dinations, acrylic paint, acrylic sealer, and almost the kitchen sink. When the competition was over I gave the gown to Kuretake to take back the UK.
